Is FruityHost truly free forever?

Yes, absolutely! There are no hidden fees. The only requirement is that you host Static Sites (HTML/CSS/JS) and use Cloudflare. We run this project out of passion, not for profit.

How long does the approval process take?

We manually review every single application to prevent abuse. This process typically takes 24-48 hours. If your order is "Pending" longer than that, please check your spam folder or contact support.

How do I upload my website files?

You can upload files using any standard FTP client (like FileZilla or WinSCP). Alternatively, you can use the File Manager directly inside our KeyHelp panel. Your login details are in the "Welcome" email.

How do I log in to the Control Panel?

You can access your hosting control panel directly at web01-rbx.fruityhost.com.

Which Control Panel software do you use?

We use KeyHelp. It is a powerful, clean, and fast control panel that makes managing your static websites, SSL certificates, and domains incredibly easy.

Do you support PHP, WordPress, or Databases?

Currently, no. FruityHost is strictly for Static Hosting (HTML, CSS, JS). However, we are exploring offering PHP support as a special perk for verified, long-term community members in the future.

Why has my service been suspended?

Suspensions usually occur due to a violation of our Terms of Service (such as Phishing, Excessive Resource Usage, or Illegal Content). Please check your email inbox for an official notice from our team explaining the specific reason.
