We manually review every single application to prevent abuse. This process typically takes 24-48 hours. If it has been longer than that, please check your spam folder or contact support.

How do I upload my files?

You can use any FTP client (like FileZilla or WinSCP). Your FTP credentials are sent to you in the "Welcome" email after your account is approved.

Can I use PHP or WordPress?

No. FruityHost is strictly for Static Hosting (HTML, CSS, JS). We do not support server-side languages like PHP, Python, or Databases.

Where is the Billing Panel?

We do not have a public billing panel because the service is free! Account management is handled manually by our team. If you need to change your details, email support.

My site was suspended. Why?

This usually happens if you violate our Terms (e.g., Phishing, excessive CPU usage, or illegal content). Check your email for a notice from our Legal team.
